Position Overview

Euphoria Women’s Wellness is actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic Obstetrician and Gynecologist to join our esteemed practice in Elizabeth, New Jersey. This full-time position requires a physician who is passionate about women's health and is committed to providing top-notch clinical care to patients at every stage of their reproductive journey. You will play a critical role in diagnosing, treating, and helping to prevent diseases affecting women, especially those related to childbirth and reproductive health.

Work Environment

The work setting is entirely onsite at our medical facility in Elizabeth, which promotes a hands-on approach to patient care. Our innovative telehealth options also allow us to extend our reach and provide care to patients in remote locations, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain detailed patient histories, reports, and examination results to facilitate accurate care.
• Diagnose and treat conditions related to the female reproductive system, ensuring a holistic approach to women's health.
• Administer and supervise care during all stages of pregnancy, from prenatal consultations to postnatal follow-ups.
• Perform surgical procedures, such as cesarean sections, with precision and care to ensure patient safety and healthy outcomes for mothers and infants.
• Analyze diagnostic records, including blood tests and imaging studies, to determine patient conditions effectively.
• Clearly communicate medical findings, treatment options, and health maintenance strategies to patients.
• Provide guidance on lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and health management to patients and the community.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists when necessary, ensuring comprehensive healthcare solutions for patients.
• Oversee and coordinate the operations of medical staff, including nurses and administrative personnel, to enhance patient care quality.
• Engage in health program planning and administration targeting the prevention and management of women's health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Ob/Gyn at Euphoria Women’s Wellness, you will serve a diverse patient demographic ranging from adolescents to older adults. Qualifications

• An active and unrestricted medical license in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the state of New Jersey.
• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology with board certification.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant medical technology to streamline patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology is highly desirable.
• Experience in telehealth delivery would be an asset, especially in enhancing patient communication and follow-up.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient education, community involvement, and women's health advocacy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $300,000 to $400,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
