Work Environment

The position is based onsite within our welcoming and state-of-the-art facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. You will work alongside a team of talented specialists, including physicians and midwives, focused on providing exceptional care through house calls and on-site consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care directly to our patients in the office.
• Conduct thorough consultations and collaborate regularly with specialists at the health center to create an integrated care approach.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with our group of experienced physicians and midwives, ensuring high-quality care access at all times.
• Provide care exclusively to our patients in affiliated hospitals, enhancing continuity of care.
• Engage in opportunities for educational advancement by participating in student teaching and quality assurance initiatives.
• Benefit from a flexible work schedule, allowing 3-4 workdays per week with optional weekend shifts.
• Participate in a rotational call schedule at our affiliated hospital with commitment to one call per week.
• Perform other duties as assigned that align with the practice’s mission and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse population of women, offering tailored gynecological and obstetrical care aimed at enhancing their health and achieving their specific health goals. We are particularly focused on supporting women throughout their pregnancy journey, providing precision care to monitor and assess the health and development of both mothers and babies.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in New York State.
• Board eligible or certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Proven ability to perform obstetrical deliveries, including Cesarean sections.
• Ability to meet all general hospital requirements for securing clinical privileges.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome a diverse array of applicants, a strong background in women's health and experience with minimally invasive surgical procedures will be an advantage. Familiarity with concierge medicine and a patient-centered approach to care will also be beneficial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Expected annual salary of $250,000.00 - $350,000.00, commensurate with experience.
