Work Environment

The Pediatrician position is an onsite role based primarily in our outpatient clinic, with the added advantage of conducting house calls to provide care in the comfort of our patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine check-ups for infants, children, and adolescents, monitoring their growth and development.
• Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic childhood illnesses, using evidence-based approaches to achieve the best health outcomes.
• Administer immunizations according to recommended schedules and advise families on preventive measures and health education.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans for children with chronic health issues, coordinating with other specialists when necessary.
• Engage in collaborative care with pediatric specialists, dietitians, and therapists to ensure holistic treatment for all patients.
• Educate parents and caregivers on topics such as nutrition, child development, and local healthcare resources.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 225,000–275,000, commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for quarterly bonuses.
