Work Environment

This position is located in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, where our practice operates onsite with a focus on concierge medicine. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive check-ups and developmental screenings to monitor children's growth and development.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of common childhood illnesses and injuries, ensuring prompt and effective care.
• Administer vaccinations and create personalized preventative care plans to safeguard children's health.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for children with chronic conditions, coordinating with families and specialists as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including specialists and nutritionists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.
• Educate parents and caregivers on vital topics such as child development, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful Pediatrician will cater to a diverse patient population, including infants, children, and adolescents. Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Medicine (MD) from an accredited institution, with a strong emphasis on Pediatrics.

• Completion of a 3-year residency program in Pediatrics, providing a solid foundation in child healthcare.
• Demonstrable excellence in communication, possessing a compassionate bedside manner to enhance patient interactions.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities, ensuring accurate and timely assessments.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The Pediatrician role offers a competitive salary range of USD 225,000 to 275,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
