The position is based onsite in our outpatient office in San Diego, Texas, where our specialists collaborate closely. The work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call responsibilities shared amongst the team. This setting fosters teamwork and continuous learning in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient health, which includes reviewing medical histories, performing physical examinations, and executing diagnostic assessments.
Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on the latest clinical evidence and integrated methodologies, ensuring an individualized approach to each patient’s care.
Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests (such as laboratory studies and imaging) to substantiate diagnoses and refine treatment strategies.
Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and other treatment modalities, while continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as needed.
Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, medical assistants, and specialists, enhancing the overall quality of patient care through coordinated efforts.
Provide patient education about preventive health strategies, potential treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to empower patients in their health journeys.
Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records in compliance with organizational protocols and regulatory standards.
Participate in ongoing medical education and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to both personal professional growth and the advancement of our practice.

A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
A valid and unrestricted medical license in Texas is required.
Demonstrated clinical skills and proficiency in evidence-based medical practices.
Strong critical thinking abilities and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, essential for fostering patient rapport and teamwork.
A commitment to patient-centered care, emphasizing compassion and respect.
Previous experience in an outpatient care setting is highly desirable.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline patient documentation and care management.
