This role is based in our outpatient office setting, where our team collaborates closely to ensure comprehensive patient care. The work environment is supportive, with a shared commitment to patient outcomes. Staff members contribute to a culture of learning and professional growth while working onsite Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call responsibilities.
Perform thorough patient examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests to formulate accurate diagnoses, and recommend appropriate therapeutic treatments.
Engage with patients through effective counseling on lifestyle issues such as diet and hygiene, contributing to positive clinical outcomes.
Provide ongoing medical follow-ups, coordinating care with specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
Monitor and support quality performance improvement initiatives by utilizing timely and precise data.
Supervise and mentor assigned staff, including nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical students, and other healthcare professionals.

M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) or D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) degree.
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
A valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Wisconsin.
At least three years of internal medicine experience in a clinical setting.
Completion of internship and residency programs at accredited medical facilities.
Strong focus on wellness and preventive health, paired with superior communication skills and compassion for patient engagement.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.
Experience in a community health setting with exposure to diverse populations.
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care.
