Work Environment

This role is based onsite in Las Vegas, where you will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional on-call responsibilities shared among colleagues. Our facility provides a comfortable yet professional atmosphere, emphasizing collaborative teamwork and community engagement. As a Convenient Medicine-focused organization, we prioritize making healthcare accessible through house calls, allowing our physicians to build strong relationships with patients in their own environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of health issues within the scope of Internal Medicine.
• Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on patient problems, while also coordinating specialty consultations when necessary.
• Utilize and uphold the electronic medical record (EMR) system to enhance efficiency and patient care continuity, working closely with other healthcare providers.
• Participate in creating a light after-hours telephone coverage system in collaboration with fellow physicians, ensuring patients receive timely support.
• Engage in community outreach and activities, including health fairs and educational presentations organized by the Chief Medical Officer.
• Conduct routine health maintenance services and manage chronic conditions, thereby contributing to sustained patient wellness.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist in evolving practice needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse patient population, focusing on providing personalized care to individuals ranging from pediatric patients to adults. Our concierge model allows you to spend quality time with each patient, understanding their unique circumstances and tailoring treatment plans to fit their lifestyles and healthcare needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine is required.
• A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Nevada is essential.
• Proficient in clinical decision-making with a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine to guide patient interactions.
• Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• A demonstrated commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care, prioritizing personalized service.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in concierge medicine or house call practices is a plus, providing insight into unique patient care dynamics.
• Prior involvement in community health initiatives or public health education can be beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
