Key Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluations: Conduct detailed consultations and skin examinations for patients presenting with a variety of dermatological concerns, ranging from acne and eczema to skin cancer screenings.
• Diagnostic Testing: Order and interpret relevant laboratory tests, biopsies, and imaging studies to establish accurate diagnoses and treatment pathways.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses, history, and preferences, while considering both medical and cosmetic interventions.
• Procedural Proficiency: Perform in-office procedures, including excisions, cryotherapy, laser treatments, and cosmetic procedures such as injectables, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
• Patient Education: Provide thorough education regarding treatment options, preventive measures, and skin care routines to empower patients in managing their dermatological health.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including allergists and oncologists, to deliver comprehensive care for patients with multifaceted skin conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal Dermatologist will demonstrate an ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds and communicate effectively, ensuring they feel comfortable discussing their concerns and treatment options.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Dermatology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology is preferred.
• A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Colorado.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in performing various dermatological procedures, familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and a background in cosmetic dermatology can be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to 500,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
