Conduct thorough physical examinations to accurately diagnose a variety of medical conditions, tailoring your approach to each patient’s specific needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications as necessary and ensuring patients are informed and comfortable with their care journey.
Utilize diagnostic tools such as X-rays and laboratory results to formulate accurate diagnoses, integrating findings into comprehensive care plans.
Provide long-term care and management strategies for patients with chronic conditions, including coordinated follow-up appointments and adjustments to treatment protocols as required.
Perform preventive health measures by administering immunizations, conducting health screenings, and promoting proactive lifestyle changes to mitigate health risks.
Engage patients in discussions about their health, offering guidance on nutrition, fitness, and other lifestyle modifications to improve health outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care, including referrals to specialists when necessary.
In this role, you will care for a broad spectrum of patients, including families and individuals with varying health challenges. Our practice emphasizes long-term relationships with patients, allowing for continuity of care that enhances understanding of their health histories and individual needs. You will play a pivotal role in supporting health education and engagement, empowering patients to take charge of their health journeys.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
A current and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in Colorado with a clean disciplinary history.
Board certification in Family Medicine, showcasing your commitment to maintaining high standards in patient care.
A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in a family medicine setting, demonstrating proficiency in managing a variety of patient needs.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential for building trust and rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Experience in concierge or directly managed care settings is highly preferred, as well as familiarity with innovative care delivery models.
