This position is primarily onsite within our state-of-the-art facility, designed to create a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for both patients and staff. Although the core functions occur during daytime hours, we may require occasional evening and weekend shifts to meet our patients' diverse needs. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will collaborate closely with a passionate team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and medical assistants, all striving for excellence in patient care. Your caseload will primarily consist of families from Fremont and the surrounding communities, with varied health backgrounds and a range of medical conditions.
