Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients presenting with various symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, or arrhythmias.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including echocardiograms, stress tests, ECGs, and cardiac catheterization, to accurately diagnose cardiovascular diseases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans combining medical management, lifestyle modifications, and interventional procedures that reflect the best practices in cardiology.
• Execute interventional cardiology procedures, including angioplasty and stenting, demonstrating both technical proficiency and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, specialists, and rehabilitation staff to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health, prevention strategies, and management in a way that empowers them to take proactive steps regarding their conditions.
• Monitor patient outcomes, adjust treatment plans based on progress, and remain actively involved in their ongoing care.
• Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives aimed at contributing to advancements in cardiovascular medicine.
• Engage in continuous learning through CME and professional development opportunities, including attending relevant conferences and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.
• Board certified or board eligible in cardiology.
• A valid Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of post-residency experience in cardiology is preferred, particularly in a concierge or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with advanced cardiac imaging techniques and interventional cardiology procedures is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial, given the diverse patient base.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $300,000 to $500,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional bonuses based on performance and practice profitability.
