Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art facility in Weston, Texas, designed to provide a comfortable and advanced setting for both patients and staff. The work schedule will primarily be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend and on-call duties to ensure our patients receive 24/7 support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with respiratory issues, establishing accurate diagnoses through careful assessment and advanced testing.
• Manage treatment plans for various respiratory conditions, including asthma and COPD, emphasizing evidence-based practices and individualized patient care.
• Perform and interpret pulmonary function tests, bronchoscopy, and other diagnostic procedures, ensuring precision in evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with a network of specialists such as allergists, thoracic surgeons, and oncologists to formulate integrated and cohesive care plans for patients with multifaceted health challenges.
• Engage in active participation in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring your practice remains at the forefront of pulmonology advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from children to senior citizens, encompassing individuals with acute and chronic respiratory conditions. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Current board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Valid and active state medical license to practice in Texas.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of respiratory disorders.
• Proficiency in conducting and interpreting advanced pulmonary function tests and bronchoscopy.

Compensation and Benefits
