Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical evaluations, diagnosing, and treating patients experiencing urgent medical conditions.
• Work closely with case management teams to coordinate discharge plans and ensure seamless transitions for patients moving from urgent care to home or hospital settings.
• Engage in proactive communication with patients and their families regarding treatment plans, offering education and resources to enhance health outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers in a multidisciplinary environment, addressing referrals and providing consultations for patients requiring further medical evaluation or hospitalization.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to meet compliance standards and facilitate clear communication with insurance providers, managing any appeals as necessary.
• Participate in continuing education and training programs that enhance clinical skills and keep current with industry advancements.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a similar clinical environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline patient documentation and follow-up care.
• Bilingual capabilities are advantageous but not a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a highly competitive annual salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000, based on your relevant experience and exceptional qualifications.
