Work Environment

This onsite position involves engaging directly with patients through house calls, offering an enriched practice model that fosters deeper patient relationships. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call duties shared amongst the team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations, to identify patient needs and concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans integrating the latest evidence-based practices and innovative medical solutions.
• Oversee diagnostic procedures, meticulously interpreting laboratory tests, imaging results, and specialized assessments to make informed treatment choices.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate therapies tailored to enhance individual patient health and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless, cohesive care for each patient.
• Engage in patient education, providing essential knowledge on disease prevention and management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with state regulations and practice protocols, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Participate in ongoing medical research and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the innovation and advancement of internal medicine.

The patients you will serve range from diverse backgrounds requiring comprehensive and holistic medical care. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine is necessary.
• A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Arizona.
• Superb clinical skills underpinned by a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and patient-centered practices.
• Proficient medical decision-making abilities with a commitment to critical thinking and problem-solving in clinical environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $220,000 to $300,000 per year, dependent on experience, with additional incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
