Vita Care Medical Clinic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Spokane, Washington. Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office, where our team operates from 8:30 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday and 8:30 am to 5 pm on Saturdays. We are committed to fostering an engaging and supportive working environment where teamwork and open communication are encouraged. As an onsite position, your daily activities will include direct patient care, team meetings, and collaborative case discussions with other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional primary care through routine office visits for both acute and chronic health issues.
• Conduct thorough annual wellness examinations and health risk assessments, ensuring careful documentation of findings and treatment plans.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations that lead to accurate diagnoses and effective treatment of a variety of medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, including X-rays and laboratory tests, to inform clinical decisions and optimize patient care.
• Cater ongoing management for chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, employing evidence-based practices to enhance patient health outcomes.
• Engage actively in patient care rounds and interprofessional conferences to develop and refine patient management strategies with the Care Team.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, ranging from children to adults, and encompasses various socio-economic backgrounds. Our patient demographic allows for a rich variety of medical cases, providing the Family Medicine Physician with the ability to utilize their clinical expertise across a wide range of health issues. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted medical license to practice in Washington State.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, showcasing your commitment to excellence in the field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a family medicine practice, demonstrating a well-rounded clinical proficiency.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to nurture strong relationships with patients and effective cooperation with colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• A collaborative mindset, recognizing the value of teamwork in achieving positive health outcomes for patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing efficiency in patient management.
• Involvement in community health initiatives or public health projects, reflecting a commitment to serving broader health needs.
• Familiarity with current medical trends and best practices in family medicine.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $250,000 to $320,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to an attractive salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
