Our work setting is primarily onsite at our outpatient clinic, with opportunities to engage in telehealth services to accommodate diverse patient needs and enhance accessibility. The clinic operates in a nurturing atmosphere where healthcare professionals can thrive while providing essential care to our young patients. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekends and evenings required.
Our patient population includes infants, children, and adolescents up to 18 years of age. First Step Pediatrics values each child's individuality and promotes holistic healthcare practices tailored to meet the unique challenges of growing children. By establishing strong relationships with families, we strive to serve as both a healthcare provider and an educational resource to support children's development and well-being.
While a minimum of three years of relevant pediatric experience is required, candidates with experience in specialized pediatric care areas such as behavioral health, chronic illness management, or developmental disorders will be considered highly beneficial for our diverse patient population.
