We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatrician to join our dedicated team at KidsFirst Pediatrics, where you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive healthcare to children in our community. This full-time position offers a dynamic work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends, ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular health check-ups, developmental screenings, and assessments to monitor the growth and health of children.
• Diagnose and treat a range of common childhood illnesses and injuries, crafting effective treatment plans.
• Administer vaccines and provide preventive care to protect children from infectious diseases.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to educate them on child health, nutrition, and development milestones.
• Create individualized care plans for children with chronic health conditions, adjusting treatment based on ongoing assessments and patient needs.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure integrated care approaches.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to comply with healthcare regulations and standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time Pediatrician position ranges from USD 225,000 to USD 275,000 annually, coupled with a quarterly bonus structure that rewards outstanding performance. Additionally, we offer:
