Work Environment

This role will be performed onsite in our outpatient office, where you will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals who are equally committed to compassionate care. Our facility is designed with the patient experience in mind, ensuring privacy and comfort for all visitors. The typical work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine physical examinations and provide preventive care tailored to women's health needs.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecological conditions, including reproductive endocrinology, pelvic pain, and hormonal disorders.
• Manage obstetric patients by monitoring both high-risk and low-risk pregnancies throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Perform minor surgical procedures, such as laparoscopies or hysteroscopies, in accordance with the established protocols.
• Prescribe necessary medications and develop individualized treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on essential topics, including nutrition, exercise, contraceptive options, and healthy lifestyle choices to empower them in their healthcare journeys.
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory tests and imaging results to inform further clinical decisions.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, conducting team meetings as necessary to discuss individual cases.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of clinical practice in an OB/GYN setting.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing a variety of obstetrical and gynecological conditions.
• Experience performing related surgical procedures relevant to women's health.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful relationships with patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting, preferably in a women’s health-focused healthcare organization.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• A demonstrated commitment to continuous medical education and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $176,325 to $202,481 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional supplemental pay may include bonus structures, commission opportunities, and potential signing bonuses.
