We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our professional medical team in Clifton Park, New York. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our hospital facility, where you will collaborate with a dedicated administrative team that manages business operations, including billing services, allowing you to focus on patient care. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with no regular weekend coverage, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and specialized medical care to adult patients, including thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Conduct detailed medical history reviews, physical examinations, and utilize diagnostic testing to inform patient care decisions.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, ensuring clarity in dosage and instructions to promote patient adherence and safety.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, addressing patients' diverse health needs and ensuring continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families about health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques, empowering them to take charge of their health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on adult patients, with a particular emphasis on the geriatric population. As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will be instrumental in addressing the complex health issues that often arise within this age group, utilizing your expertise to develop targeted treatment plans that enhance patient outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine is required.
• A valid and active medical license in New York and DEA registration.
• A proven track record of at least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical principles and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in health coaching and patient education, particularly within outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Proficiency in managing patient records and documentation using contemporary EHR systems to ensure efficient patient care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 230,000 to 300,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
