We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our rapidly expanding medical practice in Troy, New York. This full-time, onsite role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care specifically tailored for our geriatric population through concierge medicine and house calls. You will play a vital role in our mission to enhance the health and well-being of our clients in a comfortable and supportive environment.
Professional Care Medical Practice is a physician-owned and governed multi-specialty group dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services. With a team that possesses decades of experience in geriatric care, our practice emphasizes a culture of empathy and individualized treatment plans. As we broaden our spectrum of geriatric services, we invite a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician with expertise in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics to join our esteemed team.
Your role will be office-based with a significant emphasis on house calls and concierge services, offering you the flexibility to create personalized care experiences for each patient. Our supportive administrative team manages all operational aspects, allowing you to focus solely on patient care. Enjoy a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no regular weekend commitments.
Our primary focus is the geriatric community, and you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care tailored to this unique population. You will engage with patients who often have complex medical needs and require thoughtful and compassionate management.
