This role is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas, and includes access to advanced telehealth options, which allows us to extend our care to patients beyond the traditional clinical setting. You will join a collaborative team of healthcare professionals committed to providing superior nephrology services in a modern, state-of-the-art facility. Our practice values creativity and adaptability, so you will have the flexibility to adjust to patient needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance through a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional on-call responsibilities.
You will primarily work with patients suffering from various kidney-related conditions, including chronic kidney disease, hypertension-related issues, and glomerular diseases. Your role will require a compassionate understanding of complex health issues, as many patients will need ongoing care, education, and support in managing their conditions. The practice is committed to optimizing patient outcomes through tailored therapy and proactive education.
While a minimum of 2 years' experience is required, candidates with additional nephrology-focused experience or those who have participated in research activities or quality improvement initiatives are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in telehealth practices and recent advancements in nephrology will be considered a plus.
