Work Environment

The role is primarily onsite within our growing community healthcare facility, allowing for close interaction with both patients and healthcare team members. Your daily work will include seeing patients at our center and coordinating house calls as required. Our facility is designed to provide a comfortable and efficient environment, ensuring that you have the tools needed to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive urgent care to patients, utilizing superior medical diagnosis and treatment skills in both clinic and home visit settings.
• Conduct thorough medical evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans while ensuring that patient needs are met effectively.
• Facilitate successful discharge planning by closely collaborating with the case management team to ensure optimal follow-up care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance cost-effectiveness and patient care outcomes.
• Manage complex cases through coordinated referrals, acting as a consulting physician for patients who may require further hospitalization.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per insurance requirements, appealing any denials to uphold the organization’s financial health.
• Stay flexible by participating in on-call rotations as necessary, ensuring that patient needs are addressed consistently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a variety of patients from diverse backgrounds, all seeking quality urgent care services. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Current and valid medical license in the state of Ohio, along with DEA certification.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and collaboration.
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to excel in a team-driven health system.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in urgent care or emergency medicine is preferred but not required.
• Experience working within a concierge or personalized healthcare environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
