Work Environment

This position is primarily based onsite at our Conroe facility, enriched by our commitment to telehealth services that allow us to expand our reach and provide care to patients from various locations. You will work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional on-call responsibilities shared among your colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical history assessments, thorough physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations aimed at understanding health concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that leverage the latest evidence-based medical practices and innovations to promote optimal patient health.
• Order and interpret various diagnostic tests, including laboratory analyses and imaging studies, to facilitate accurate diagnoses and tailor effective treatment paths.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment protocols, ensuring they align with best practice guidelines and patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—such as specialists, nursing staff, and administrative personnel—to provide holistic and coordinated care for patients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 250,000 to USD 320,000, commensurate with experience, and includes performance-based bonuses.
