Work Environment

You will work onsite in our comfortable and modern outpatient facility located in Houston, which is known for its vibrant culture, diverse communities, and access to numerous recreational and cultural activities. Our clinic operates during standard hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with approximately 40 hours of work per week. On-call responsibilities may occur on a rotational basis, ensuring that our patients receive timely and continuous care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations by reviewing comprehensive medical histories, performing detailed physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests to accurately assess and diagnose ENT conditions.
• Develop tailored treatment plans for each patient after evaluation, integrating a combination of medical and surgical interventions appropriate to their individual circumstances and preferences.
• Perform a variety of surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus surgeries, employing advanced surgical techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and preventive measures, facilitating the alleviation of symptoms and promoting overall wellness.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals including audiologists and speech therapists to design comprehensive care plans that enhance patient recovery and quality of life.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive practices, fostering active patient participation in healthcare decisions.
• Maintain meticulous electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant patient information.
• Stay informed about the latest research, innovations, and advancements in otolaryngology, participating in relevant continuing education and professional workshops.
• Comply with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient information while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution.

Compensation and Benefits
