Star Internal Medicine is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced full-time Family Medicine Physician to become an integral member of our healthcare team in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Work Environment

Located in the charming town of Lititz, Pennsylvania, our facility emphasizes a supportive and collaborative work culture. The Family Medicine Physician will operate onsite, conducting house calls to provide healthcare directly in patients' homes when necessary. This approach allows our physicians to build strong relationships with patients while addressing their health needs in a familiar and comfortable setting. Our team members work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, which supports work-life balance and ensures adequate time for patient interaction and quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, assessing patients' health and identifying potential health issues.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed, interpret test results, and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Utilize evidence-based frameworks for clinical decision-making, ensuring prompt intervention in emergencies.
• Provide preventive care by educating patients on health maintenance and lifestyle modification strategies.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers, facilitating comprehensive patient care.
• Engage actively in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of care protocols and patient safety measures.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Participate in peer reviews and collaborative care discussions, providing and receiving constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
• Stay up to date with medical advancements through continuous medical education (CME) opportunities and the implementation of clinical best practices.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Physician License in Pennsylvania.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current DEA registration and Drug Enforcement Administration registration certification.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or evidence of board eligibility.
• Strong understanding of community healthcare standards and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Willingness to relocate to Lititz, Pennsylvania, if applicable.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in Family Medicine practice is strongly preferred.
• Experience in concierge medicine or similar models is favorable but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for the Family Medicine Physician position is competitive, offering an annual salary range of $280,000 to $300,000, complemented by an attractive benefits package. Benefits include:
