Work Environment

This role offers an onsite work environment in a concierge medicine setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical evaluations and examinations of patients, utilizing skills to order appropriate diagnostic tests and interpret the results accurately.
• Formulate accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring high standards of care.
• Engage in patient education, counseling individuals on dietary practices, hygiene, and preventive health measures aimed at promoting wellness.
• Coordinate with specialists by consulting and referring patients when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain precise medical records and documentation through an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, supporting performance improvement initiatives with accurate data.
• Provide leadership and medical supervision to a diverse team, including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical students to foster an environment of learning and collaboration.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities to ensure continuous patient care, sharing duties with fellow medical team members.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in internal medicine with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 280,000 to 300,000 per year, depending on experience, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
