Work Environment

Your work will be conducted onsite in our state-of-the-art facility, designed to provide a welcoming and efficient environment for patient interactions. The practice operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with shared on-call responsibilities among team members, ensuring that our patients receive timely care even when outside of regular hours. The concierge model allows for longer appointment times, fostering in-depth assessments and a personalized approach to each patient's healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations that include detailed medical history reviews, comprehensive physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments, ensuring all relevant information is collected for optimal decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based guidelines, integrating new medical findings and patient preferences to ensure effective care.
• Order and interpret a range of diagnostic tests, such as laboratory panels, imaging studies, and specialized procedures, to accurately diagnose medical conditions and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Prescribe, administer, and manage medications and treatment regimens tailored to promote patient health and manage chronic conditions effectively.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and nursing staff, to coordinate seamless care and address diverse patient health needs holistically.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes that support their overall well-being, empowering them to take charge of their health journey.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with legal standards and practice protocols, ensuring all documentation reflects up-to-date patient information and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will treat a diverse patient population within our private practice, including adults with complex chronic illnesses, those seeking preventive care, and individuals aiming to optimize their overall health through personalized medical support. Our concierge approach allows you to focus on comprehensive patient care, with adequate time and resources to respond to each patient's unique health concerns and aspirations.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
• A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Florida.
• Proven clinical skills, with a robust foundation in evidence-based medicine and best practices in internal medicine.
• Strong decision-making capabilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in a medical context.

Compensation and Benefits
