Work Environment

As a Family Medicine Physician at Horizon Health Systems, you will work onsite at our modern hospital, designed to facilitate collaborative healthcare delivery. The work schedule is structured for outpatient care, operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, diagnose, and treat both acute and chronic medical conditions prevalent within a diverse patient population.
• Provide preventive care through regular screenings, immunizations, and wellness education tailored to individual health needs.
• Collaborate with specialists and coordinate care through seamless communication with in-house support services, enhancing the overall treatment plan.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

Compensation and Benefits
