Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients presenting with a wide array of cardiovascular symptoms and conditions, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Perform and interpret complex diagnostic tests, including echocardiograms, stress testing, electrocardiograms (ECGs), and cardiac catheterizations, to accurately diagnose conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate both medical and lifestyle-related interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Execute various interventional procedures, such as angioplasty and stenting, utilizing advanced techniques and equipment to treat cardiac diseases effectively.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless transitions of care, improving patient experiences across various levels of cardiac services.
• Educate patients on cardiovascular health, promoting disease prevention and encouraging proactive management of their cardiac conditions.
• Monitor and track patients’ progress, reassessing treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school.

• Current board certification in cardiology and eligibility to practice in the state of Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in interventional cardiology, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
