Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite, providing a telehealth facility designed to enhance our service delivery. Within our practice, you will work alongside a collaborative team of mental health professionals who are passionate about quality patient care. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance, tailored to fit your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to accurately assess and diagnose patients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate both psychotherapy and medication management, as necessary.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and patient feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention support when required, ensuring patient safety and well-being during acute situations.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including therapists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in peer reviews and case discussions to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of patients dealing with various psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Our patient population is characterized by a wide array of age groups and backgrounds, enabling you to apply a variety of therapeutic techniques that resonate culturally and effectively. We emphasize the importance of individualized care to ensure that all patients feel heard and understood.

Qualifications

• Possession of an MD or DO degree with completed residency training in Psychiatry.
• Board Certification in Psychiatry is mandatory.
• An active medical license to practice in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and maintain effective communication with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient psychiatry settings with a focus on individual therapy and medication management.
• An understanding of telehealth services and digital health records.
• A strong commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in an outpatient environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 350,000 to 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide comprehensive health insurance, a 401K retirement plan, and two weeks of paid time off (PTO).
