This position is primarily onsite at our Lake City facility, with additional options for telehealth services. You will be actively involved in a multi-disciplinary team that includes nursing staff, therapists, and caregivers, all focused on providing the highest standard of care to our elderly residents.
Your primary focus will be on elderly patients with diverse mental health concerns, including dementia, mood disorders, and anxiety. We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 180,000 to 210,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
