Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough nephrology evaluations, including obtaining detailed medical histories and performing physical examinations to inform diagnoses.
• Order and analyze laboratory tests, imaging studies, and conduct kidney biopsies to diagnose various kidney diseases accurately.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that may include pharmacological management, lifestyle modifications, and necessary medical interventions.
• Monitor and manage chronic kidney disease progression while implementing strategies to delay further progression of the disease.
• Collaborate with interdiscipline teams, such as primary care providers and specialty physicians, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding kidney disease management, available treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments for better health outcomes.
• Engage in clinical research activities, participate in quality improvement projects, and stay abreast of advancements in nephrology.
• Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation of patient interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, managing conditions such as chronic kidney disease, hypertension, glomerular diseases, and electrolyte disorders. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating renal diseases, including a thorough understanding of chronic kidney disease management and dialysis oversight.
