This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized care through house calls, reshaping the traditional approach to ENT services. Our physicians will engage in a wide range of responsibilities—from diagnosing and treating complex ear, nose, and throat conditions to conducting surgical procedures—all while receiving generous compensation of $300,000 to $500,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.

This position is based in Tampa, known for its vibrant culture and stunning landscapes. Our work setting is entirely onsite, offering a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork among healthcare professionals. You will interact with an engaging multidisciplinary team, including nurses, audiologists, and administrative staff, focusing on providing superior patient care. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational on-call responsibilities to ensure continuous care for emergencies.
The successful candidate will cater to a diverse patient population within Tampa, rendering focused care for both adult and pediatric patients experiencing a wide array of ENT issues. This involves treating common ailments such as allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, and hearing loss, as well as more complex surgical cases.
