Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of interventional pain management procedures such as nerve blocks, epidurals, and spinal cord stimulators.
• Perform thorough assessments of patients’ medical histories and conditions to formulate tailored treatment strategies.
• Document patient evaluations, procedures, and outcomes meticulously to ensure the highest quality of care and compliance with medical standards.
• Engage in active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists and primary care physicians, to create cohesive treatment plans.
• Remain current with advancements in anesthesiology and pain management to implement evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily includes individuals suffering from chronic pain conditions, including but not limited to arthritis, neuropathic pain, and post-surgical pain syndromes. As an Anesthesiologist with our team, you will play a pivotal role in alleviating suffering for patients of diverse backgrounds, focusing not only on immediate relief but also on long-term management strategies.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification in Anesthesiology is mandatory.
• A valid medical license in the state of Arizona, with the willingness to pursue additional necessary certifications.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with patients and medical staff alike.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience in conducting interventional pain management procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The Anesthesiologist position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 250,000 to 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
