Full-Time OB/GYN Physician - Concierge Medicine

Work Environment

Your work will primarily take place onsite in a state-of-the-art clinic facility that is well-equipped with the latest technology and resources to ensure optimal patient care. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional weekend and evening shifts as part of providing on-call support. The infrastructure supports both outpatient and inpatient settings, providing a comprehensive ecosystem for women's health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care through consultations and examinations, tailored to meet individual patient needs.
• Conduct thorough routine gynecologic exams, including but not limited to pap smears, breast examinations, and pelvic assessments.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat a wide spectrum of gynecologic conditions, including hormonal imbalances, endometriosis, infertility issues, and menopause-related disorders.
• Perform necessary surgical procedures, such as hysterectomies, laparoscopic surgeries, and cesarean deliveries, to ensure appropriate intervention for complex cases.
• Coordinate care with other medical specialists, such as oncologists, urologists, and radiologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for complex patient conditions.
• Educate patients on a variety of reproductive health topics, including contraception options, family planning strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
• Provide diligent prenatal care, closely monitoring high-risk pregnancies and adjusting plans as required to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and infants.

You will be serving a diverse population of women, ranging from adolescents to seniors, who seek high-quality gynecological care and obstetric services. Our patients come from various backgrounds, and you will provide culturally competent care while fostering an environment of trust and support. Ensuring continuity of care will be essential as you develop long-standing relationships with your patients, assisting them through significant health events in their lives.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
• Current Connecticut medical license in good standing.
• Exemplary surgical skills with experience in a wide range of OB/GYN procedures.
• Strong aptitude for fostering patient relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while continually delivering exceptional patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to streamline patient documentation and care processes is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive annual salary ranging from $350,000 to $450,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
