Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Manage and monitor medication regimens, ensuring efficacy and addressing any side effects, with frequent follow-ups to patients.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and counselors, to create cohesive treatment strategies that enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide timely crisis intervention for patients facing acute challenges, utilizing de-escalation techniques and implementing emergency protocols as necessary.
• Engage in community outreach efforts, participating in educational initiatives to enhance the community's understanding of mental health issues.
• Document and maintain accurate, confidential medical records that detail patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications
