Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments by completing detailed medical histories and performing comprehensive physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions prevalent in geriatric patients, including but not limited to respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrine, and gastrointestinal disorders.
• Design and oversee individualized treatment plans, adjusting medications and therapies as necessary, and collaborating with specialists when required.
• Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventive care practices.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently for documentation, patient tracking, and direct communication with other care providers.
• Engage in case management and provide advocacy services, addressing social determinants of health that may impact patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on enhancing patient care delivery and health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on elderly patients, addressing the complexities of their medical needs and emphasizing a holistic approach to health care. Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Geriatrics or a related specialty, with a valid and active state medical license.
• Completion of a residency program followed by a fellowship in Geriatrics, ensuring specialized training and expertise.
• Exceptional clinical judgment, with a deep understanding of geriatric medicine practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, enabling seamless documentation and patient management.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with geriatric populations, demonstrating a passion for improving health outcomes in older adults.
• Familiarity with interprofessional collaboration within a healthcare team to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Experience in using telemedicine tools and services to enhance patient access and follow-up.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, with a yearly salary range of USD 190,000 to 260,000 based on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
