Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health conditions and formulate targeted treatment plans.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges and collaborating on safety plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies, ensuring continuity of care.
• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients through effective communication and empathy.
• Document all patient interactions diligently, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical standards.

Compensation and Benefits
