Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite in our outpatient facility, which features modern examination rooms and the latest medical equipment, designed for optimal patient care. The role requires flexibility, as you may have to accommodate daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations to accurately diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and prescribe medications, ensuring that patients receive appropriate and timely care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and X-rays, to inform clinical decisions.
• Manage ongoing care for patients with chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, ensuring continuity of care.
• Deliver preventive care services, including vaccinations and health screenings, to minimize health risks.
• Engage patients in health promotion by discussing lifestyle adjustments related to nutrition, exercise, and well-being.
• Collaborate closely with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care, assuring all patient needs are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical institution.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 3 years in family medicine is required, candidates with additional experience in urgent care, geriatric medicine, or pediatrics are preferred.
