Work Environment

This full-time role offers a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some shared on-call duties among the team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to gather medical histories, perform physical examinations, and carry out diagnostic assessments with attention to individual patient needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based medicine, ensuring the integration of the latest medical advancements and patient preferences.
• Order, evaluate, and interpret diagnostic tests—including laboratory work, imaging studies, and specialized procedures—to make informed medical decisions.
• Prescribe and manage medications and therapies tailored to promote health and recovery, while regularly reassessing treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team, including specialists, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate holistic care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide valuable patient education, counseling, and support regarding disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle changes that enhance health standards.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation in adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted MD license in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits
