Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office in Tucson, Arizona, where we prioritize a collaborative and engaging work setting. Our facilities are equipped with modern medical technology, providing an ideal atmosphere for delivering exceptional care. The work schedule typically spans Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call responsibilities shared among the team to ensure continuous patient support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, performing in-depth medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments to understand each patient’s unique health situation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based medicine and the latest advancements in healthcare to address patient needs effectively.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work and imaging studies to aid in accurate diagnoses, facilitating appropriate and timely treatment decisions.
• Prescribe and manage medications and therapies, ensuring all treatment modalities align with best practices to promote optimal health and well-being for our patients.
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team, including specialists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care that respects the complexity of individual health scenarios.
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding disease prevention, available treatment options, and necessary lifestyle modifications to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies for compliance and quality assurance.
• Participate in ongoing medical research and quality improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse patient population, addressing a broad spectrum of medical concerns from chronic illnesses, such as diabetes and hypertension, to acute health issues. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• A valid and unrestricted MD license to practice in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated clinical excellence, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based medicine.
• Excellent medical decision-making skills, combined with critical thinking capabilities and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 250,000 to 320,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
