Job Purpose:
The Field Sales Representative is an established position within a high volume regulated Medical and Adult-use licensed Manufacturer of Infused Products. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for sales activities (appointments, proposals, cold calls, telephone calls, e-mails, direct mailers, social networking, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely, professional on-site visits to customer ·
- Schedule promotional store pop-up events
- Work with customers to determine their specific needs
- Manage customer orders to completion
- Follow up regarding customer satisfaction after order completion
- Negotiate prices based on volume, market trends, supply vs demand.
- Participate in local and regional trade/marketing events
- Help create and facilitate promotions and incentives for dispensaries and budtenders
- Generate sales leads.
- Deliver sample orders to customer
- Use CRM to place all orders and regularly update with sales contact activities.
- Attend weekly sales teams meetings and discuss sales leads, new clients, sales activity, etc
- Analyze market trends to stay current on prices, products with increased demand, etc in order to leverage our position in the markets
- Work with Manager of Sales and Manager of processing to facilitate packaging of special orders
- Work with Office Manager to maintain accounts receivable status for clients and helping facilitate collection efforts
Working Conditions:
Office/Field Environment. Must wear required PPE, including mask, hairnet and lab coat when on production floor. May occasionally require lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Supervision Received:
Reports to Manager of Sales
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- 1 Year sales experience in Cannabis industry with proven sales record
- Basic METRC knowledge
- Experience with CRM Software
- Basic MS Excel, MS Word and Google sheets skills including knowledge of basic formulas.
Preferred Experience Requirements:
- 3+ Years sales experience in Cannabis industry with proven sales record.
- 2 Years METRC with knowledge of package and item creation
- 2+ years Hydrocarbon extraction and Short path Distillation experience
- 2+ years Cannabis Cultivation Experience
- Intermediate MS Excel, MS Word and Google sheets skills including knowledge of formulas
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Minimum education Requirements:
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field

- Possess a valid and current MED Badge and Driver's license

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time as required
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with fingers, type.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work evenings as required during Covid outbreak schedule or when adding new shifts
