Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inside sales activity for assigned accounts, inbound inquiries, and outbound customer follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes for pumps, valves, fluid power products, and industrial equipment.
- Interpret customer requirements, specifications, and technical drawings to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Partner with outside sales representatives to support territory growth, customer retention, and account development.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and product details.
- Process orders accurately, follow up on quotes, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
