As we continue expanding into new regions, customer segments, and smart room technology opportunities, we are hiring Sales Associates in Southern CA to join our growing team. This role is well suited for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are looking to build a strong foundation in sales while entering a healthcare technology market with long-term demand, stability, and growth potential.

The Opportunity

Based in Irvine, CA, this role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with WCTV's executive leadership team, including the CEO, who leads our NextGen Sales Leadership Program. You will gain firsthand experience in business development, customer engagement, sales strategy, and healthcare technology while contributing to the company's continued growth.

From day one, you will be immersed in the fundamentals of successful selling—learning how to identify opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and create value for healthcare organizations. You'll gain exposure to every stage of the sales process while developing the skills and business acumen needed for long-term career success.

What You'll Do

• Learn WCTV's portfolio of healthcare technology solutions, including Nurse Call systems and LiNK Technology
• Research and identify prospective healthcare customers and market opportunities
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and prospecting activities
• Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations
• Assist in developing sales strategies and territory expansion initiatives
• Build an understanding of healthcare operations, patient experience, and clinical communication workflows
• Contribute directly to business growth through pipeline development and customer engagement

What We're Looking For

• Recent college or university graduates, or professionals with 1–3 years of experience
• A competitive and results-oriented mindset, with the initiative to create opportunities and the persistence to follow them through
• A genuine interest in sales and relationship-building, with the ambition to develop into a high-performing business professional
• A professional, curious, and proactive approach to learning
• Interest in technology, healthcare, and business development
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• A desire to build a long-term career in sales and healthcare technology

Prior sales experience is welcome but not required. We are looking for individuals who are coachable, driven, and eager to learn from experienced leaders while making a meaningful contribution to a growing business.
