Inside Sales Representative

A local company with a facility in the Commerce, Michigan area is currently seeking several Jr. Inside Sales Specialists for long-term, Direct-Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Jr. Inside Sales Specialists that are looking for a company that offers excellent management, career growth, training and development, competitive rates, and generous commissions.

Inside Sales Specialists will be working full-time, with a salary anticipated to start at $45,000 based on each candidate's experience, as well as generous uncapped commission opportunity.

Qualified Inside Sales Specialists will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 1+ year of recent / relevant sales experience is essential.  Could be mortgages, business services, etc.
• Experience with technology- particularly IT related systems is a benefit, but not essential.  Must be able to quickly learn. 
• Bachelor Degree is required.
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
