About the Role
As a Med Tech part time, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of high-quality patient care in our rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with patient care: Providing support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs: Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Maintaining a safe environment: Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by monitoring and reporting any concerns or issues
• Participating in interdisciplinary care planning: Collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
