Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 9 AM-4 PM Flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, applying evidence-based practices and employing solution-focused interventions to formulate personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Educate and support patients and their families, providing knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state.
  • Apply understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques to tailor your approach to the unique needs of each individual, providing personalized and effective care.
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
