Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
- Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based practices.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in this field.
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
