Mental Health Counselor Opportunity (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Full-Time in Huntington Beach, California

We are searching for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to provide therapy services that address complex mental health needs. From substance use to emotional challenges, your expertise will help clients build resilience and achieve progress.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year with a robust benefits package

Responsibilities:

• Perform mental health assessments to identify client needs.
• Create and implement effective, individualized therapy plans.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies for ongoing success.
• Refer clients to additional care providers, when necessary.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
• Licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and crisis intervention skills.
