Type: Full-time, Remote

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Activities

• Conduct virtual counseling focused on achieving client aspirations.
• Address sub-clinical issues like work stress and life balance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance care delivery.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or ability to obtain licensure.
• Proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Dedication to cultural sensitivity and affirming care for all individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
